Chapter 10: The plan

Later the night, on the giant oak tree, Rafiki was meditating peacefully, until he felt something.

"Sora?" he asked as he opened his eyes. "Is he back?"

Suddenly, he heard a familiar voice.

"Rafiki!" called the voice to him.

As Rafiki turned to the entrance to his home, he saw Sora, Kairi, Iago, Ash, his friends, Fox McCloud, the authors and the rest of the crew.

"Sora! You came back!" exclaimed Rafiki surprised because Sora's return to the jungle.

After Sora explained to Rafiki what Merlock and McLeach have done to them, Alex explained:

"I bet that Merlock and that hunter are going to hunt our family and friends!" he snapped.

"You were right at the beginning, Rafiki…" said Sora sadly to Rafiki. "I've should listened to you before."

But Rafiki putted a hand on his shoulder.

"Don't worry, Sora." He said with a smile.

"Yeah, we all should have seen it-a coming."  Said Jerry agreed trying to animate Sora.

Rafiki:  "No one can predict an entire chain of events as they should be."

Tom:  "Yeah, the baboon's right."

Rafiki: (hitting Tom on his head with his stick) Ah-ah-ah. Correction; I am not a baboon, but a mandrill.

Tom: Sorry.

Spike: Yeah, we get animal species confused where we come from.

Fox McCloud was the first one to talk.

"I wonder… How that puma and that hunter have too many allies? Besides, I bet Wolf, Panther and Leon will join them."

Rafiki got up and explained to the entire group.

"That's because Merlock is a wizard. Some of you, like Sora, already know it, the rest of you, not. Merlock was a wise and trustful wizard that was living with us, the animals, werewolves, Pokémon, and other beings that are living with us. One day, I spied him, and I saw that he did can open rifts to other dimensions with his spells.  It was amazing, but dangerous too. I don't want to say the consequences, because all of you would be scared with them. Van Helsing wasn't satisfied either with Merlock's plans considering that they would destroy us. But, one day, we were shocked about his evil actions, he killed and eaten some innocent beings because of his carnivore instincts. We banished him to a dark wasteland forever, but somehow, he always came back hunting and eating innocents. I also sensed that Merlock opened rifts leading to other worlds and dimensions; and he recruited evil beings, dark-hearted villains, heartless, nobodies, hyenas, wolves, fossas (from Madagascar) and other  predators and evil beings, for getting some help and get his revenge. McLeach and Joanna were the last ones."

"Wow!" exclaimed Odd shocked. "Merlock is so smart!"

"What should we do?" asked Hiroki a bit worried.

"We mustn't have fear." answered Yumi. "We still have our breath techniques."

"That's right." said Jeremie.

"But… What if there are many Merlock's henchmen?" asked Melman worried.

"Do you have any idea, Rafiki?" asked Marty.

Rafiki was quiet thinking. Suddenly, he had an idea, and he turned to Sora and Kairi.

"Sora, go and try to stop Merlock and McLeach to buy some time. And Kairi…"

He lifted his stick up, and he summoned a Keyblade that landed on Kairi's hand.

"Use it wisely, and do your best to help Sora."

With that, Kairi nodded. Then, Rafiki turned to Odd, and the rest of Sora's friends.

"You guys must help too, Sora and Kairi will need some help." he said.

"All right!" exclaimed Odd. "Time to kick some butts and save the jungle!"

"As much as I hate do this, I will help too!" said Horton a bit nervous.

"You can count with me, Odd!" answered Sissy similing.

"Yeah! Our pack needs us!" said Gloria bravefully.

Sora smiled, noticing that his friends wanted to help him.

"Thanks, guys." he said.

Rafiki turned to the authors and the rest of the crew.

"As for all of you... You must stay here for a little while. I need your help to call for some help."

"But how?" asked Naruto. "How can we help you?"

"Your pure hearts are enough. I need it, so I can open rifts and summon heroes and warriors from another worlds and dimensions for get some help."

"Now we understand." said Charlie nodding.

"We will help!" exclaimed Po getting ready.

Rafiki nodded with a smile and he turned to Sora.

"Sora... Your family needs you. Are you ready?"

Sora gave a brave smile.

"Of course!" he answered "I will make up the mistake that I have done, and I'll stop Merlock at once!"

Iago turned to Tom, Jerry, Spike and Tyke.

"What do you say, guys?" he asked to them.

"It's time to be heroes!" exclaimed Tom.

"We'll finally know what is Hakuna Matata when we finished this!" smiled Jerry.

Ash, Dawn, Max, Brock, Misty, Dawn, Gary and their Pokémon looked each other and nodded proudly.

"We will help you, Sora!" say Ash with a brave-look face.

"Guys? Ash?" asked Sora shocked.

"Our Pokémon are strong enough for help." smiled Misty.

"We will help you!" exclaimed May. "Right, Max?"

"You bet!" answered Max.

"Just trust us!" added Brock.

"You know what they say, the more the merrier!" added Gary.

"My boyfriend is right!" nodded Dawn. "Your family will be safe in no time!"

Sora was quiet, but he knew that he should count with them. He nodded and he said:

"Ok! You guys can go with me!" answered Sora smiling.

"I'll call my Star Fox friends for more help!" added Fox with a nod.

Buck came close to Sora and he said:

"Sora! I call some friends of mine, if that's okay for you!"

Sora nodded.

The time was arrived... Sora and his friends went to the rescue!
